Artist Has Created Weaponized Versions of Brand Logos

Brand logos are usually cool in some small ways. The manage to get people interested in a product or service that are selling at least, so that's... something, right? But artist Tom Galle has managed to bring it up a notch by turning those brand logos into weapons.

This instantly makes me think of corporations and brands being put in a pit to duke it out like in a Gladiator. The brands he makes weapons for include McDonalds, Facebook, Nike, and even Mercedes. It is pretty creative how they are all used. Maybe these corporations have soldiers and ninjas that wield these weapons on the underground.

My favorite is the Nike swoosh logo being transformed into a knife. I hope to see more in the future. Check out below the weapons. And if you are one of the soldiers who uses these weapons, please don't come after me to silence me.

New Trailer and Poster For Gerard Butler’s Over-The-Top Natural Disaster GEOSTORM

It's another natural disaster movie, but this time it might be the biggest one to date. Warner Bros has released yet another official trailer, the third one yet, for the disaster movie Geostorm, set sometime in the near future about a series of satellites that control the weather. Someone hijacks it and turns it into a weapon putting all of humanity at risk when the weather gets out of control. This new trailer puts emphasis on destruction, so get ready. Gerard Butler stars, with a pretty impressive cast including Jim SturgessAbbie CornishAlexandra Maria LaraDaniel Wu, with Oscar nominees Ed Harris and Andy Garcia

The screenplay is written by Dean Devlin and Paul Guyot. Devlin also directs Geostorm which hits theaters everywhere on October 20th, 2017 later this fall.

YouTube Now Requiring Patreon Users To Run Ads If They Want To Promote The Service

The days of donating to a YouTuber on Patreon in exchange for no ads are likely over. Gamesindustry reports that YouTubers will no longer be able link their Patreon account unless they monetize their videos, which allows YouTube to run ads on the service.

Essentially, this is YouTube's solution to YouTubers solution to the ad-pocalypse that has been rapidly demonetizing the videos of many big names on the site. Truth be told, it's a bit of a snake move, but when people start their business on another person's platform, things like this are bound to happen.
